Composer Branding

Hysterical article about the expiration of the rights to the music of Jean Sibelius, and what the composer's estate needs to do in order to retain the brand. I myself am looking forward to my Sibelius Beer Hat and Desk Set combination. And the new Sibelius chocolates will no doubt rival the Mozart ones. And the new gutter slang--when someone is brooding, depressed, and seen as behind the curve by all the cool kids, what will be said of him is "he's just so freakin' Sibelius."
